Strange Login Errors After Server Crash

Our E10 Server (still testing) crashed due to losing access to it’s disks in VMware.
Now when I login I get the following error.

Could someone point me in the right direction to fix this please ?

Thanks for the info, the Server was too badly corrupted to salvage.
This is a great example of why you should be keeping good backups.
