Submitted task show Pending

Check your port numbers to make sure they are correct in the system task
agent, and also double-check the username and password in the system task
agent as well.

Why would task in Vantage show a Pending Status? I have restarted the App
Servers and still not luck. I had restarted the machine before this problem
and then restarted all but the MfgSys803 App Server. Everything still shows
Pending.
