Suggest Epicare Course for Process Set and Task Scheduling

I am trying to learn a bit more about the task scheduling side of Epicor. I am most interested in scheduling BAQs to run at a specific time and present the results to a specific user. I also want to look at the list of tasks that have been scheduled and remove them if needed. I am trying to find a suitable course online through Epicare. Can you suggest a course that helped you learn about task scheduling and process sets? What’s the difference and why use one or the other?
Thanks for your time!

I found some useful stuff in the Epicor ERP Implementation Users Guide. Under the section: Automatic Data Processing. I think this is enough info, but if you know of a good course I would love to hear about it!

Thanks for sharing Nate!

After going through all the documentation, I still have a few questions:

If I want only one user to see a BAQ report every time she opens Epicor, how do I setup the task? From the BAQ Report window that lets you preview or print the report?

When I create a new Process Set, then I add a BAQ report to the process set, how do I know when the process set will run? Who will it run for? Just the user that setup the set?

I have a BAQ report setup to run on a “Startup” schedule, and set to recurring. This makes me think that each time I restart Epicor, I should get a popup of the BAQ report. Instead I can only see the report listed in the scheduled tasks in the system monitor. The task has no date/time set for next run on. And I never see the report print preview appear on my screen.

Thanks for your time!

Startup refers to the system agent startup and not the epicor instance

There is no way to schduke a report every time a user opens epicor seems kind of silly

You could do a dashboard and set that to auto launch when they open epicor that makes more sense imo
