Preparing to go Live on Kinetic Cloud.
Known issues here of our internal Network Design and configuration will undoubtedly lead to issues, but I need to find them prior to Go-Live if any.
We are Kinetic Cloud based and I would like to do a network stress test and get 70 users logged into Kinetic and do daily processing as if we were LIVE to see what issues we come across.
We have a 1GB Internet connection so that is not an issue, however, as we have been training and implementing the Kinetic Cloud system, we have maybe 6 users on at any time and run into performance issues and lockups.
All installations are Kinetic Client install due to bugs and things that don’t work right or as easily as the Client.
All that said, any ideas on what I should look for on the network other than WAN/LAN Bandwidth and just user complaints, lol
I opened a ticket with Epcior for suggestions, and the PDT does not work for Cloud users and their recommendation was to enable Client Tracing then submit the files to Epicor for review. That is a lot of running around to 70 Clients to setup and then send to Epicor for analysis which I doubt they will do for 70 users anyway.
Suggestions appreciated. Just trying to quantify the expected complaints and put the burden on IT if it is an issue or just a normal delay in Kinetic.
