We have a vendor where we would like to set up drop shipments for particular parts. We have that process already, but what we would like to do is be able to save their inventory feed in Kinetic so that we can provide meaningful ETAs to our customers. For instance, if they say they have 10 on hand, then our customer’s ETA is going to be within a week, but if they have 0 on hand then it will be whatever their job due date is and we could set expectations with our customers.
I can’t find a place in base Kinetic to store this information. Does anyone have ideas other than a custom approach?
