Supplier lose assigned Parts

Hi there.

I hope you have some ideas to help me with my issue.

We have assigned some specific items to each supplier.
Sometimes it happens, that the parts lose the assignment and we must assign them again. I have already created a Change Log to figure out if it is a user error but Change Logs only log changes and new entries and no deleted entries.

Are you assigning parts on Supplier Price List?
Do you want to keep log or restrict user to delete part?

Yes. We are using the Supplier Price List. Currently I just want to log who remove the parts.

Nope, system won’t show log for deleted records as per my understanding.

I expected that but didn’t hope for it.

You could make a BPM that send you an email when the record is deleted. It could contain the PartNum, Supplier, date & time, and user that deleted it.
