Suta in Michigan Report

I use Vantage's quarterly report and input the information on the
website provided by the state. They save the information from the
previous month, so you already have names and social security numbers
and you just have to enter wages. You will have to add and delete
employees as needed each quarter.

I was wondering if anyone was doing anything special besides retyping
the data for the SUTA forms that you have to fill out in Michigan. The
report gives the info needed and more. The issue is we have a state
issued form to fill out.

Thanks,

Chris
Not having done this before, I would think...
Assuming this is a crystal report edit the report as needed to put data
where it is needed on the State issued form, then feed the printer with
the form and let the data be printed in the appropriate places.
Assuming this is a crystal report you should be able to save a copy and
edit it and then include it as one of the choices for the "Report Style"
when printing.

We have Suta in Indiana also. I type see attached on the state form and creatively fold and copy a Medicare quarterly report for the needed information. A little white-out in the right places helps it look nice.

I'm constantly bombarded with mail from the State of Michigan about using
electronic services instead of the forms. Depending on your volume, you
might find some help here:
