We recently changed the password for our Manager logon. Since that date/time when we attempt to run reports they immediatly become a Scheduled Task in System Monitor and never run. I have attempted to change the Manager password again but now receive...

"Record has been changed by another user and couldn't be updated. Please press the Refresh button and re-enter your changes". I follow the instructions and continue to receive the same message. This is received when I try to Clear Password, Expire Password and Disable Account.

I appreciate your help in advance.

You must log on to the System Agent and change the password in there as
well.
