Are you using DHCP or fixed IP addressing on the client?
I have Win7 on my laptop at home and every 30 min or so it was requesting new DHCP address and it kept disconnecting my RDP session - I set it to fixed address and that was that

Hello,
I'm having an issue where the system monitor is disappearing 30 minutes after logging into epicor. Once this happens reports will no longer print. The system monitor can be brought up again through the System Management -> Utilities menu.

I'm running 905.606 on Windows 7 64 bit.

Anybody seen this before?
We are using .606 as well and have been noticing some issues along the same lines. I haven't exactly determine how and why it is occurring but it does seem as though there is something not working correctly.

We see this behavior when you switch user ID's within the application. We have found that we have to completely close Epicor first if we want to change users.
