One of our users noticed an issue after the live updated recently. The system monitor started showing up on his screen after printing something. Normally you have to go to the taskbar to open the system monitor. What process would make this open automatically?

huh - happening to me in my 2024.1 Dev environment. Thought it was a fluke with my install.
But just once right? If they close it, it doesn’t do it again during their session until the y logout/login again.

I learned a bit more detail just now. This is happening when the user accesses epicor from a remote login. They go over to our offsite warehouse, then use a laptop to remote into their desktop PC. They print a report from the warehouse to the office. When coming back to the office, they found system monitor open on the desktop. Not a big issue, but it is strange, I have never seen this come up automatically. He doesn’t even have the warnings turned on if a report or process fails.

I’m not doing anything like that - but I am logging in/out of prod/test/dev environments all day long (mostly so I don’t F anything up). I’ll pay more attention and see if I can see a pattern.
