I am trying to compare the transaction time from one operation against that of another. The system time is 53886. Is there a way to convert this to the actual time of day?

It is seconds since midnight

Divide by 3600 for hours then take remainder time 60 for minutes
In Excel, in another cell divide by 86400 and format this new cell as Time.
