I had a user ask about the list function for time details. Seems it used to show (10.0) a list of all of the things that he selected in the detail/list tab. Now it only shows the one day. You can see the list on the side, but it can’t be exported to excel like it used to. Is there any way to bring that behavior back? See screen shot below for the example.
Look on the actions menu – there are options to Return 1 day, 1 week or 1 month worth of data I believe. Looks like it’s set to 1 day.

That has to do with what shows up in the calendar. It’s set to month. You can see by the green numbers which days have records on them. When it’s set to week or day, it only looks at the week or day that you are selected in. It doesn’t affect the list in the grid. this setting is to try to reduce the amount of time it takes to load the screen if you have a lot of records to return.
