We are trying to get the table for invoice payment selection to match classic. Classic would sort by Name and then by invoice number. Kinetic seems to sort by Name and then due date. Has anybody been able to change this table to first sort by name and then by invoice number?
The only way I can think to do this would be to turn on your filters and move your Name column up into the Group By. And then sort by Invoice.

I found that also, but how in Kinetic do you turn off grouping? Dragging down to the grid doesn’t remove the group. If I close the filters they are still grouped.
Maybe there is a grid property that can be set in app studio?

Well… that’s unfortunate! HAhahaha… I have no idea!
I guess DON’T save layout, leave and come back.
Or if you did, you may have to wipe your personalizations??
Oversite by Epicor to not provide a way to remove those groupings!! At least not an obvious one.
I just went onto EpiCare to see if there’s any KBs about this and found a training video about Grouping… here’s a snip from that training video:
We don’t have an “x” to clear it.
They also seem to have a funnel clear icon in the grid, which I don’t see either.

HEY! Try clicking where the “X” is SUPPOSED to be… it worked!
The “X” just isn’t visible!
It does take a few second to “un-apply” the grouping.
