Task Agent Issues since upgrading

Hope you’re well.

I was wondering if anyone else has run into issues since upgrading Kinetic versions that the task agent stops working at all? Upon trying to restart the task agent it stays stuck in Restarting state with an error log relating to “System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly ‘Epicor.ServiceModel, Version=4.3.200.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=37a5ccb872c00aec’ or one of its dependencies. The located assembly’s manifest definition does not match the assembly reference.”

Trying to add a new one to see what this does and it errors upon creation.

look like some files were locked during upgrade. Uninstall task agent. Make sure folder is cleared and install again.

Thanks Olga, was missing the new task agent which I installed from the C:\Epicor\ERP11\ERP11.2.400.0\SupplementalInstalls folder
