We have a team of CSR’s, all with the Role: CSR
Within a workflow, one of the tasks is for the CS Manager to assign a specific CSR to the workflow. I am trying to do this in the Assigned To field found in the Task List. However, Epicor seems to assign the task to the first CSR in the list within the Workflow Group.
Is there a way to make the task assignment work - like it should?
