Taxable flag on the PO line checked by default. Epicor 9.05.700

Bryan, we are on 905.700C and had the same issue. The flag on the company settings does not do anything so I had to write a BPM. I can send it to you if you would like

Hello,
We have just recently converted to Epicor 9.05.700C and most things are going good. I have ran into this issue and I am sure someone else has before. The taxable checkbox is checked by default and we need it to be uncheck to keep from causing issues. I contacted support and below is what I was told.

"WORKAROUND:
Uncheck the taxable flag on the PO line manually or set up a BPM"

Has anyone set this BPM up before? If so, any kind of input or help on it would be awesome!

If you issue is down to tax being made exempt in matched AP invoice lines there is a setting
If you go to Company configuration there is a setting under Accounts Payable

Uncheck 'Default Tax exemption from PO Line'
