Techsupport Quality of Service

I have to agree with Todd on this. I feel like we wait longer than I
did before but once someone finally answers the phone - the service is
good. It may not be the answer I was looking for but it has been the
correct answer. 99.9999% of the time - the tech support personnel
knows what they are talking about. At least when I have called. :)

BUT - the long wait drives me crazy but I go on hand free also - I never
leave messages.

I've noticed it might take longer to get someone to answer but when they do the result is usually very good. I don't leave a message but rather put phone on hands-free mode until someone answers. It does bug me though that after the "please wait somone will be with you....." message the music resumes and then it rings (OH Boy! someone will answer!) only to play another "please wait" message and then back to the on-hold music. I think some of this could be a symptom of supporting a lot of new features and also perhaps more new sites calling for help. But mostly the answers I eventually get are very good.
