We are not currently using the Citrix add-on, however I do have the ability
to reset connections which I haven't tried. I am certain though that both
the client workstation and the connection are both configured 800 X 600 if
that is what you are referring to when you say screen resolution.

I've seen those same errors on our Citrix logins. It doesn't happen very
often, but I think the problems are due to conflicts with the screen
resolution of the client and what Citrix connects at. I've gone to the
Citrix server and re-set the connections with problems and that seems to
work. I don't have a for-sure answer though.
