Sure why not? My desktop is Windows 7 64 bit and I use it as a test sandbox. It's been talked about here before, but the only real catch with 64 bit is you need to use the 32 bit version of the ODBC app in %systemroot%\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe and not the ODBC app that lives in the Control Panel to configure the Vantage DSN.
