The Disable Account message appears only on a specific person's computer

Hello everyone,
Have any of you ever experienced this?
When one of my company employees tries to log in, the message Disable Account appears. But, As shown in the screenshot below, the user’s User Status is Enable. And when i try to log in his on my computer, it logs in fine.
What is the issue? How can I check this?

Screenshot of his error with details might help. Do you use SSO or Azure?

I can’t go to his computer right now, so I can’t post a screenshot of him. But, the message I saw was “You cannot log in because your account is Disabled”.
We use Azure.
He uses Windows 11, could that be the cause?

If you use azure his domain account may be locked up or disabled did you check?

We had this happen, was to do with OS theming / Windows 11. I disabled OS theming on the control, so now it is red for the people that have access to the screen.

Whoops above not your issue. Thought might be he is set up to connect to Test/Pilot instead of your live environment?

It was active.
His account logs in well on my computer and on the computers of others.
His account is not logged in only on his computer.

It was a live environment.
