The item '/reports/CustomReports/ReportTemplate' cannot be found

We are on version 10.2.100.31.
When trying to create a new report from Report Style Maintenance > Actions > Create SSRS Report for a report style for a BAQ report, I get a message “The item ‘/reports/CustomReports/ReportTemplate’ cannot be found. —> Microsoft.ReportingServices.Diagnostics.Utilities.ItemNotFoundException: The item ‘/reports/CustomReports/ReportTemplate’ cannot be found." Where\how do I get this template?

I’ve tried support without any luck.

Search on your application server/s. On our pilot server, was found in this location
D:\Epicor\ERP10\ERP10.2.600.0\SupplementalInstalls\SSRS\reports\CustomReports. Essentially I believe this is part of Epicor install/upgrades.
