Time and Expense Entry menu items

I am adding our customization to the Time and Expense Entry menus and am confused on where all of these menu items are located. I did a search of all menu items and there are nine listed (shown below). So I am assuming I need to add our customization to all nine (as I have started to do).

  1. Where do all these menu items come from?
  2. Do I need to add my customization to all of them?

I can see that only three are accessed from the menu system.

Probably on Modules that you may not have. Just add the customisation to the Menu Options that you know you have.

Looks like you need to add to the FSG menu option

Thanks - I was just wondering if some of them were on Action menus or ‘Open with’ menus.
