Time Detail Active, Cannot find on Time Detail Entry, cannot close job

I have a few time details entries stacking up.
The job shows them as ActiveTrans and in “ENTERED” status.

If I clock in as the employee, MES does not show the employee as active on any jobs (so I can’t clock them out).

If I look at Shop Tracker, they are listed as Active Resources on the job.

I look at the employee Time Detail Entry and for those dates… and around those dates… they don’t have an entry that I can try to delete or fix.
I can’t close the job due to an active time detail, I cannot find the active time detail to resolve it.

Any one else see this or have figured out a way to resolve this?

If you have access to the Conversion Workbench, you can run conversion CVJC0050 - End Activity on Active Labor Transactions. Then, once you submit them and the conversion runs, you can edit them in Time & Expense Entry.

Tried this in our test system, seems to be just the thing! Thx!!

For what it’s worth, this conversion is also available as a program you can create a menu item for. I was able to create a menu item to give our HR users the ability to clear out any active transactions we missed come payroll time. Erp.UIProc.cvjc0500.dll

Got this run in our live system today, was able to resolve those time entries! Thanks!!

Something to watch out for that we just ran into with this. If you have your materials set up as backflushed and the employee used Report Quantity during the production run, using this conversion will cause a duplicate STK-MTL transaction against the materials assigned to that operation. I would double-check any jobs you use this with to make sure you don’t run into the same issue.

We’re seeing this on 10.2.300 and Support sent it out to development with Problem #PRB0211573 in case you need to reference it.
