Weird one - a part on our time phase is showing as having 5 on hand, however we do not have anything in the current site. I think this is stopping it raising suggestions for this part? I have tried refreshing part qtys, but no luck on this.
Is that in a shared warehouse? Is the bin non-nettable? If it is a nettable, it may be including that qty in your overall on-hand qty… and therefore not generating a suggestion.
