Our Time Phase Inquiry shows the first line of having a balance of 60 On Hand Qty. This is made up of 50 in a part bin and 10 in Inspection Processing.
The second line then shows a quantity of 10 in Inspection and adds this to our balance, giving us an incorrect amount on hand. The first screenshot below is Time Phased Inquiry, and the second screenshot shows the Part record, where it clearly shows 50 On Hand and 10 in Inspection.
Are we just reading this wrong or is the system incorrect? Epicor support are just blaming a trailing space, but we have run the conversion program and we still have the data showing like this.
The Purchase to Inspection is the last transaction. We have 50 items in a bin ready for picking/despatch and 10 in our Inspection bin. These could be rejected by the QC Team.
We run the Refresh PartBin QOH from PartTran and Refresh Part Quantities and Allocation when things get out of sync. Maybe running those will help. Run them in off hours or if you have a test enviornemntt that you can test this scenairoi in is best.
