Dear EpiUsers and Colleagues. Does anyone has experience integrating TMS (Transportation Management System) with Kinetic? If so, we are specifically looking to connect CH Robinson with our Epicor.
I’m looking for some suggestions or any knowledge transfer that anyone can contribute to get a better understanding.

I believe Epicors quickship module supports C.H Robinson.
I know freightview also supports C. H. Robinson and has a very simple API, so implementing your own integration is fairly feasible if nothing on the market meets your needs.

I paid a member of this forum to write the integration for me. Since then I have made a few modifications to it myself. I think it was about 3 months from when work started to when we were using it, but the person had a day job as well. I think the billed hours was in the 70-80 ballpark
Obviously it will depend on the specifics of how you want your integration to work and the skill of the developer working on it.

Thanks so much Evan. Just to clarify, did you do it with QuickShip at the end?
My understanding so far is that you have to have QS module and that integrates with CHR? Please correct me if I’m wrong.

No, I used freightview - we don’t use C.H robinson (but we could at the click of a few buttons). We just added all the carriers we use to our freightview account.
I would direct your questions to your Epicor CAM, Quickship shouldn’t take anywhere near as much effort, but you know how Epicor prices things

To be clear, after you have quickship installed, I think its as simple as adding your C.H Robinson account information to QS. Its part of that product.
Not sure what the process of installing quickship is, but I know a lot of people on these forums use it so maybe they will chime in.
