To Warehouse cannot be set without Advanced Material Management License. To Bin cannot be set without Advanced Material Management License.
Do we need to some system configuration? company configuration?

Just to follow up on Brad’s question, you can check in the admin console which modules are licensed AND enabled:

Thank you so much. We used to have the license. But now we don’t have the AMM license.
When we issue material to a job, we get this message.
Check your Resource groups. I wonder if the Auto Move which is a AMM function is still clicked on?
This needs to be turned back off and the in/out warehouse and bins cleared out.
