Tool to know which UD Tabel is currently used

Hi,

I created a new maintenance screen that I binded to Ice.UD03 table. In Epicor, is there a tool that allow me to know which Ice UD table are currently used? In my case, I opened UD03 with Microsoft SQL Management Studio to see if the table contain data but I’m searching a better way to track the use of these tables.

We use a external app to track down all our changes, versions etc, and as well UD tables used …

We use Smartsheet. it is a cloud based app. (Smartsheet)
It was a tool we were started to use when we started our project to migrate to another ERP (which became Epicor ! )

Since then we use it actively. Our management use it actively for project management with employees involved. And one our use is a repository of all our changes we do. In addition we have a service desk local app that users use to generate requests of modifications or document issues/bugs they have.

When we document in smartheet we add the related SD number so we can reference the customization came from where/who etc… closing the loop.

It adds to our work but can help later on for references…

We also use the smartsheet tool to keep track of our hours spent on projects. The statistics produced from these hours helps managment to better predict time to be allowed on new ones…

It does have a monthly cost, but in our case wa well worth it.

I am familiar with Smartsheet. It is a nice product. And, as with most cloud-based products, it has a decent REST API, so it may be easy to integrate with Epicor functions too.
