Tracked changes to jobs/routers in Vantage 8

Is there any way in Vantage to "track" specific changes made to jobs or routers in Vantage 8.03? I know there is some sort of "audit log" that can be turned on can this track "specifics" of EVERYTHING that might change? Please let me know. Thanks!
