Transfer order Quantum view email notifications

I am wanting to setup where on a transfer order shipment it can send an email to a specific email address with the pack information. I noticed there is a quantum view section that seems to be useful but it looks like it is supposed to be used with UPS quantum view which we do not have.
Does anyone have any experience with this and if you can utilize it without UPS Quantum view? any information would be greatly appreciated.

Sound like a BPM for the email.

Where are you seeing Quantum View?

I ended up just creating a BPM with some UD fields and made my own notification piece. I was thinking about using the Quantum view fields but thought I better not. Working good now.
