We’re receiving reports E10 is running slow. What are the recommended tools for troubleshooting / diagnosing?
In E9 we used the Performance Diagnostic Tool as well as the Config Check tool. We spent a lot of time trying to isolate the source of the problem and eventually found the database(Progress) was fragmented and a dump and load improved performance… I suspect this may be an inherently(is it the PC, the server, the DB, etc) complex problem to solve, but hoping their are better some tools / white papers in E10 that can help point us in the right direction.
