Troy signature is not printing on AP check in our 2012 environment but is printing in our 2008 environment

We print AP checks on a Troy printer and it prints a signature on the AP check in only one of our E10 environments.
In E10 we print checks using SSRS.
We have two environments in E10, one is running windows 2008 and the other is running windows 2012. The signature prints on the AP check in our 2008 windows environment, but not in our 2012 windows environment.
We are using the same SSRS report in both environments.

Any thoughts on how to solve this problem?

Most likely the Tory signature font(s) are not installed on the SSRS server. After adding it you’ll need to restart the server for the fonts to take effect.
