Turn on UI tracing

How does one turn on UI Tracking. I see a screen in a document that says 'Enable Trace Logging" under configuration settings. How do I get to the configuration settings on any form.

I am reacquainting myself with Epicor after a few years away from it. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

By the way I am trying see how code modification is tracked.

With that being said, tracing isn’t going to show you classic customizations.
