It may require you to change the EpiDataSetMode to List (maybe).

Actually I misread your post… the above is for UserCodes not UD Table 
But you can still use EpiCombo and point it to the Resources table, or UD table too.

I can give you some code to hide all of it, but then you’ll have to add your own save button as well.
For as simple as what you are doing, I’d just set it to be not visible.
