UD04 not present in DMT

I created a PartCustomization Application that uses the UD04 as the Entry table.
I created the Menu Item under Sales Management → Order Management → Set Up.
I wanted to Load data into the table today using DMT, but I could not find the table in DMT.
Below is the image of the Menu Maintenance Page for the Application.
I have not encountered this issue in the past and would appreciate any help on how I can get the table to show up in DMT or what I need to do in the configuration.

Instead of Kinetic App try Menu Item. That was a known problem is several versions. Has to do with menu security on Kinetic Apps vs. classic menu items.
You also couldn’t have a Kinetic layer. Not sure if they fixed that yet.

I get this error when i try to search for that field

You will need to select the UD04 dll for the classic menu item.
