Is anyone in the UK using 2025.1 in a Production Environment and if so which version and are you having any issues?
I have 2025.1.6 in my Pilot Environment which is ticking all the boxes BUT there is an issue with the UK CSF which isnt fixed to 2025.2 
I have been told that Dev are trying to create a Hotfix but this hasnt arrived yet and have been a couple of weeks already.
Just want to see if any others in the UK are having issues?
What is the actual problem with the CSF?
We have come across issues when upgrading CSF from one version to another and the advice we got from Epicor support was “when installing the main solution file DO NOT select Delete previous install” and it should work
The CSF we are using for 2025.1.6 when installed does not include the Packaging Information in Company Configuration > Localisation

The plastic Packaging Tax has been replaced with Packaging Information which has a section on EPR. In that it has a tick box that is defaulted to true which means when you do a shipment you have to enter a load of packaging details before you can ship.

So is it a case the layer is just missing or there other stuff related to that functionality missing… I am surprised it is so broken
Not 100% sure as the DB information is there and i can see the field in the DB that controls the EPR details. Support are aware of the issue as they have said it is fixed in 2025.2, i am just banging my head against a wall at the moment trying to get the hotfix out of them.
The worrying thing i have found is that if i set the Enable EPR off via the DB then i cannot even create Customer Shipments as the + is missing from the Customer Shipment screen 
Thanks for the heads up on this. We’re upgrading in the next couple of weeks, but since we’re coming from an old CSF, we’ve not seen this screen/fields yet. Hope there is a hotfix soon. Can/Will you post the Case/Hotfix # when it’s available so we can reference it?
I will, i have chased up yet again.
Its a shame that when we do the Controlled Release Testing that CSF files are not available to be able to test as this potentially would have been flagged up or at the very least these sort of things should be made available to test before being released. Either that or the QA guys at EPICOR needs to be replaced
