Hi,
We have hit an issue where we can’t see Credit Memo’s as we cannot see them in the forms, even though there are there in the DB.
Epicor have come back with a short term solution of regenerating the data model, which does work, but doesn’t explain the issue and obviously we can’t be running this every time our accounts team needs to apply a credit memo.
This is affecting Kinetic and Classic screens.
Has anyone get any ideas why regenerating the data model, makes data visible?
