Unable to Divide by Zero - Epicor 10.0.700.4 Financial Reports

Hi Everyone!


We just upgraded to Epicor 10.  All of my financial reports work in the standard view, but whenever I try to change the Report Format to Division or Department, my report has an error that says


"cannot divide by zero"


Has anyone seen this before?

Neil,

 

We are using SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET Framework (32-bit) version 13.0.12.1494.  This is available for free from the SAP website.  This has worked fine for us with both Epicor 9 and 10.
