We ran into this error today when viewing our Bank Statement Processing. I was not able to quickly find a resolution. After searching for the problems repository on Epicor, I found a similar issue referring to a transview dataview error.
The problem suggested to run Conversion 191 (MetaUIMigration) as a resolution and suggested that this conversion could also work with other Kinetic Cache Issues. I ran this conversation and it fixed our issues (don’t know exactly what it did or if there are other ramifications, but it seems to have solved our issue.)
