Yes. You can still receive existing open POs. You just can't create any news ones without reapproving the vendor.

According to the Vantage help files, if a vendor is not check off as approved, you can not create a new PO for that vendor.

What if the vendor was unapproved after PO's have been created? Will we still be able to receive against them?

Some vendors loose their approved status but still owe us material.

Can we still receive material from them if they are not checked off as approved vendors?

Try it in a test environment....off the top of my head regardless if a
Vendor is approved or not, you have an open PO. You should be able to
receive against it.
