Undelete Quote

Thanks for your help everyone.
I have the quote in the training db. I was hoping to be able
to turn the delete flag to false and recover the record.
(I know I'm not being realistic). As you've said, we'll
have to re-enter it and reference the deleted quote.

I had a user delete a quote by mistake.
Does anyone know of a way to recover it?
(I'm not holding out much hope!)

Thanks,
Dick, I have had users do this as well and unfortunately as far as I know
there is no Undelete or way to recover a deleted quote. If anyone else
knows of a way, I too would love to hear.

The only way to recover a deleted quote is to restore from a backup. Here
is what I've done in the past:
* Restore the backed up database to the training side of things
* Launch the database and print out the details from the quote
* Tell the poor person who deleted the quote that they get to reenter
the information

If you have never had to do this, call Epicor support, they have a really
good document on how to restore the database to the training side.
