Hi, We are in the process of upgrading from E10 to Kinetics. While testing DMR processing, I have come across the following situation. When I create a new record for Debit/Credit details and enter a unit price, the unit price clears out as soon as I tab out of the field. It only saves the unit price when I uncheck the base checkbox before entering the price and check the box back. Does anyone know why it’s happening? We currently have the same process in E10 and the base checkbox does not come into play at all. Any help on this is appreciated.

For anyone else facing the same issue, when I reached out to Epicor Support they told me this was a known issue and was reported to them under PRB number PRB0280427. This has been accepted by development to be worked on. They have advised to keep using the Base checkbox as a workaround until this issue is resolved by development. Thanks!
