Dear experts, We have apply the password policy in E10. After that user has entered 4 times wrong password. Now the account is locked. How to unloack the account.
User Account Security Maintenance, then choose Unlock form the Actions menu.
I would also suggest turning down the lockout to something like an hour or so… that will at least allow your users to get back in sooner rather than later if you cannot get to unlocking them. The purpose of the lockout feature is to deter (not prevent) brute force login hacking.
