I currently cannot unstage a misc shipment. The customer changed the ship to after staging and I cannot unstage in “stage ship confirm entry” because I get an Invalid Workstation error.
Does anyone know how I can unstage this so I can change the ship to?
If not I can just ignore the misc shipment… add a comment to it so everyone else knows what’s going on in the future and create a new misc shipment to the correct ship to.
The person that staged the shipment needs to unstage it, or you need to have the same workstation set up in your user account. See below.
Thank you! I was the one that staged, but since we don’t have work stations set up I think that is why I couldn’t unstage it.
so since you didn’t have workstations set up what was your solution here?
I wrote comments, talked to others and created a new misc shipment. It hasn’t created problems any problems yet.
