Wondering if anyone else has had this problem. We have a customer part number on an order and need to change the reference for any reason such as someone entered it wrong. We delete the old reference, add the correct one, and update what it is on the order. However, doing this deletes the line discount for some reason.
Any thoughts? I know I could make a BPM to readd it, but it sounds redundant to do so when it shouldn’t be deleted.
