Updating Labor and Burden Cost on Active jobs

I have been tasked to update our labor and burden cost. I know that updating the labor cost will come from the employee set up and the burden rate will come from the resource group.
Boss is wanting the labor and burden rate to be updated as of March 31st. It is April 12th. Is there something I can do that would update all open jobs with the new labor and burden rate as of March 31st?

I just did this twice this year for open jobs and I found I needed to update the JobOper and JobOpDtl records with the new rate for all open operations.

I used this template did a query for columns A-H and then ran them thru DMT in test to confirm then live.

I have not done job adjustment DMT runs in ages, but I would probably do a job adjustment in test and look at the laborDtl records created then run a query for all reported laborDtl since March 1st and do job adjustments. You may have to gross them up yourself in excel.
