Right?Is your local (intranet) domain the same as your internet domain? If so thenthe system may not be able to detect your local domain correctly and isrestricting program installation. I am trying togive you the right answer but I can't remember for sure. It had something todo with a local security policy getting set inadvertently. If I rememberright execute the local security policy under control panel.
