Upgrade Issue

We have just upgraded one of our environments from 2024.2.11 to 2025.2.4 and are seeing the following issue in both Web and Full Fat


Getting the below when i go into Company Config

Anyone else seen this?

I would request a reinstall of CSF Files on a additional instance and see if it fixes the issue before committing it to live.

I had weird issues like this yesterday. Support struggled to fix it all day. They eventually go it working again. They said that “New pods were being generated, which increased the load on the node.” Whatever that means. It caused us a few hours of downtime yesterday.

They’ve rebuilt your app server aka delete and redo.

It seems to have fixed our issues, though it did take them a few tries.

Something odd going on as i have just gone back into it and i am now not getting the errors, neither is my colleague. :zany_face:

That is exactly what happened to us. Submit a ticket and get ahead of it.

I immediately thought CSF re-install when i saw the error from my colleague, dont know how many times i have had errors on upgrades and have been told by support to re-install the CSF, even if it doesnt show issues on the DB Scripts.

Steps to take

  • Install CSF files
  • Rebuild app pool if needed..
