UpGrade to 9.05.700 (test server)

Task manager, _proapsrv but make sure all appservers are off on other dbs.

They show as not running in OE Explorer. How do I tell if there is a rouge
process running? Task Manager?

Hi All,

I am trying to upgrade our test server from 9.05.607b to 9.05.700
there is a schema change between versions 9.05.600 & 9.05.700
When I try to run the schema change I get the following error immediately:
Database in use by ,44 on batch. Wait or choose cancel to stop. [2623]

If I wait, in about 3 minutes it goes away and I get a window that says schema is complete. (but it does not complete) If I cancel, I get the schema cmoplete window right away, (nut it also does not complete).

We are on progress,
using OE Explorer
App servers are stopped,
DB is running.

Any ideas or pointers?

Your appservers likely aren't actually stopped, there is possibly still a
rogue process still running.
