I am upgrading our pilot instance, but the Deployment Version does not have a dropdown for me to select the version I want.
Did the installer for your patch detect the deployment directory correctly? What version are you upgrading from and to?
I am upgrading from 11.1.100.13 to 11.2.400.0. Now it will not even show KineticPilot under server management for me to remove. Ugh…
I’m not sure on the problem, but I will say that removing and re-adding the app server (the thing you are setting up there) is standard procedure for me. It may help here.
First delete it out of the EAC.

Thank you that seems to be working, its running. 
I also had to delete the instance out of the local client too.
